What counts as one sheet?+
One stand-alone production drawing on a single sheet (8.5×14, 11×17, 22×34, 24×36 or 30×42). Multi-page deliverables — like an ALTA with location map + detail page — are counted per page, but discounted into a single bundle quote.
Do you draft in our CAD standards?+
Yes. Send your DWG template, layer list, title block and label styles. First sheet of a new project is drafted to your standards at no premium; we keep that template on file for every future project.
What field data formats do you accept?+
RW5, LandXML, CSV, FBK, DXF, DWG, TXT and scanned redline PDFs. We can also work directly from Civil 3D, Carlson, MicroStation OpenRoads, Trimble Business Center or Leica Infinity exports.
Is there a long-term commitment?+
No. Sheet Pack credits never expire. Production drafters are billed monthly with 30-day notice to pause or resize. Enterprise scopes are quarterly with rolling renewal.
How do revisions work?+
Sheet Pack and Production include 2+ revisions per sheet — marked redlines, field updates and QC corrections are folded in at no extra cost. Major scope additions are quoted separately.
Who owns the CAD files?+
You do — fully. We hand back native DWG with all object data intact (Civil 3D surfaces, alignments, pipe networks, survey databases). We retain only an internal copy for revisions until you confirm closeout, then it is deleted.
